Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Virtual runs are great for getting yourself focused while exercising. Also, I try to listen to and watch different podcasts. Also, I don't understand why people are still running outside when you can get a treadmill for better training. Treadmills from endurancetreadmills.com.au with a belt speed of at least 10 MPH make for a satisfying run without the risk of tripping over uneven pavement or getting hit by a car when you go for a jog on the road. Speed is just one advantage of treadmill running. The heart rate monitor will tell you how hard you're working out and show you how many calories you've burned after your workout, just like it would with an outdoor run.

I always prefer to run outside but it is (generally) safer to use a treadmill! I actually don't own a treadmill but remember a few years ago (just before lockdown) when I used one for a few weeks it was really hard to find good treadmill scenery at the right pace - I think that's why I started making these videos.

As a rule I much prefer running outdoors, but have renewed my gym membership so I can do exercise indoors. Yesterday was my first day back at the gym and I did 20 minutes on the treadmill at slowly increasing speeds using my normal 30 sec run/30 sec walk routine. I will have to investigate the showers - might as well save a few pennies while I'm at it! :)

I've just publihed this one, recorded in Devon durimng the summer - where I am currently staying now (with my parents but the for last time as they are moving in December).

I was planning to record the next section of the Tarca trail today (and the weather is perfect for it) but I can't because Im feeling unwell - a bit frustrating as this was my last chance to film it.

Thanks for the videos! I do enjoy them. I think my SO even uses them when on a cycle trainer. The only drawback for me is that you have done something to boost the colour intensity - I would prefer it more natural, Blister.

thanks for sharing your videos. I'm definitely an outdoor runner but when it's unpleasant or even dangerous outside, I'm doing some miles indoors. I find it boring as hell if I'm just staring at a wall so watching something nice helps. I'll check out your trail videos when I'm stuck inside next.
