4 hours done so far this week/year and only 40 mins was running :-) Pilates class tomorrow :-)

Pleased with that so far! Having a target is helping me keep on track.

I'm on 22 hours.

Just put everyone who has joined the group in the header (I think)- will do the new target times for those people tomorrow.

If you ain't up there, join the group, add your target, or if u have and I've missed u, shout :)

I forgot to join the group! Done it now though.

7hrs 49 so far and I'm absolutely knackered tonight. I'm hoping that it's just that I'm not used to the bking rather than any underlying problem. Everyone I kno whas had some sort of bug recently and I've dodged it so far.

Vrap, you must have excellent climbing technique! And I mean that in the nice way. I'd be exhausted in, err....15 minutes of climbing :-)

Cuddy, I have sufficient climbing technique to allow me to disguise a lamentable lack of upper body strength. But that 2:45 includes time spent belaying and watching in the hall, and we were a threesome so I probably did less than an hour of wall-time.

This week has got off to a bad start - have done my back in and it's sore to do the slightest thing. Pilates is probably out today as I wouldn't be able to do most of the exercises. Gentle stretching and moving around it is then *sigh* (I think it was the cycling and then a small bit of housework that set it off :-() This exercise lark is no good ;-) (or maybe it should be housework is bad for your health :-))

So- who is in this year?

Not wanting to chase a mileage target? Do multiple sports? Log your cross training?

Declare a target of hours training for the year- doesn't need to be 365, pick your number....

The members of the group have contributed the following notes:

Cuddy says: 365 hours for the year - July update: 204 hours total, of target of 212 (96% of target to date)

31/5/13: 452:15, 63% of target.
30/6/13: 542.37, 75.27% of target.
31/7/13: 660, 91.67% of target.
