Today I forgot my water, had to use a sports centre loo half way round (stopped my watch of course) and took an hour and 45 to do 7 miles. But, it was fabulous. I changed to summer-hot-as-hell run-walk intervals of 1min30 run/1min walk, and today for the first time in months I feel good about my running and my grumbly knees aren't grumbling. Whoot whoot. Now share what made your run fabulous today please

Inquisitive lambs. Bird really noisy and cheerful. Blue skies and very warm sunshine. No traffic. What's not to like?
