Thanks for your BD wishes. It wasn't the greatest of days thanks to a virus I probably picked up on the plane or bus coming home from my yoga retreat and passed on to MD. Ironic isn't it to come home super chilled and bendy, with great intentions to continue daily yoga, only to be floored for two weeks! I'm on the mend but he is still poorly. Our day with family yesterday was easily rearranged but today's plans are expensive and nonrefundable! so MD is currently dosing himself with everything he can safely take and we will make the best of it.

Morning everyone.

I suppose it was inevitable but as I felt increasingly yuk yesterday and overnight I would say I've definitely got the bug the family's had for the last week. We're going back to Cheltenham today as we've a busy week ahead but I'm not looking forward to the drive home. I may sit in the passenger seat with a bowl on my lap 🤢
