Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I haven't sown mine yet, but there are two "volunteers" coming along nicely in the veg bed under a cloche.
They're going to be in the way, so I hope I can move them

Out of my first batch only two germinated, so I sowed some more at the weekend. I also have one random which sprouted in the greenhouse gravel . . .

I'd say he needs to go into a bigger pot does Timmy. Are his roots poking through the bottom of the pot ?

No roots poking through but thanks for the advice. I genuinely don’t have a clue what I’m doing 😂

Mine are looking a bit sad because they need bigger pots but I don’t have space indoors and it’s too cold outdoors. I might plant a second batch

Mine are doing OK. They had stopped growing in their newspaper pots where I initially planted the seeds, I left those outside for a week or so and then a few days ago SilverShadow kindly came and planted them out for me (I've hurt my back so can't do a bloomin' thing)

They have survived a few days out in the flower bed so far with no ill affects so will hopefully start growing lots soon.
