Yeah, nah! As we say in NZ. I've lived in an old cottage like before and it's not a pleasant experience if it's not been updated properly. It's also a tad too far north for my liking. Nice amount of land though.

The owners have built a place right next to it. He’s a stonemason, so I reckon they’re moving in there.
