Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yesterday was bedtime yoga, all I could manage though god knows I spent long enough in bed unable to sleep last night. Today was yoga for mood swings, which seemed appropriate for a seesaw sleep deprived day and felt relaxing. May I sleep well tonight :)

I hope you do Fleecy.

Missed days 2 and 3 (to late and was locked out). So did day 4 today. It was ok.

I did sleep well :) The time limit thing would annoy me, I’m glad I never bothered starting it! I’m sticking with random shortish ones I fancy. Really feeling the benefits mentally this time round.

Good to hear that heart
I'm not sure how long I'll stick with the course. I'm not overly engaged so far.

I might abandon commune too. I didn’t really enjoy 1 or 2. I’m not keeping up.

Yoga should be about relieving stress, not meeting a deadline. Well, it is for me anyway. Maybe just follow them when you can instead of trying to tick them off against the list?

I’m giving up on Commune too. The slowness is getting to me. I start the pose with her then spend half the session in child’s pose or cat cow waiting for her to catch up with me. If I was going to be able to do it again in a couple of weeks to see how much better I’m getting I might stick it out but for now I’m going back to some of her other stuff.

Yoga for tired legs
Figured that if I was going to spend the thick end of 30 mins doing some yoga it would be something I knew would be helpful. Pretty much given up on commune.

Yoga for self doubt and yoga for centre. The latter was a bit core-y for what I needed. Bedtime yoga last night wasn’t very successful given I got 2 hours sleep.
