So...(SS)...I have decided to go back to the start of True, and aim for 3 sessions a week, with the occasional short (post-run, bedtime etc) routine thrown in to the mix.

I did day 1 of True today and it felt quite hard but good. Holding Warrier was tough.

I did 6 minute hips last night and the short bedtime one the night before. I might go do one now actually as I have a little bit of free time.

I did the first 10 mins of Wind Down yoga and it wound me up so then I did 6 minute hips instead of the remainder. If I’m going to do relaxing yoga I want to HTFU with it!
