Thanks@Fenland Flier . Hopefully by quite a bit this year as I'm sure of lots of room for improvement. Not getting too carried away but I do have my eye on that 7 min barrier 😀

Attempted my January mile this afternoon. About halfway into it my earphone started to come loose. Thankfully they are wired earphones so I could leave it to fall out as messing with it would have slowed me down. My fastest ever on this stretch of trailway. 8:17.
