No less a Soul Overlord than Richard Searling says she's his favourite female vocalist and I wouldn't argue the point, she was fantastic. I think she's still alive, but hasn't performed for many years and I might have heard that she's very ill. Have you heard "Kiss My Love Goodbye" ? Worth checking out.
