For the vast majority of us, it is something we haven't witnessed in our lifetime. I found it both fascinating and enjoyable.

I walked down to the gym mid morning, never seen so little traffic on a Saturday. Some of the shops and businesses were closed, most noticeably our large independent department store.
Watched the parade when I got home, thoroughly enjoyed that, we certainly know how to put on the pageantry.

So tell me what are these new laws that were introduced this week then if not to do just that?
They are designed to prohibit protests (that are supposedly considered a right as enshrined in the ECHR), nothing to do with public order stuff that you just made up.

The discipline and precision displayed in the execution of the parade was truly remarkable.

My baler is now working perfectly. I suspect no one's looked at it since 1953 so it fits in quite nicely. I did get caught up and swore. Nothing to do with allegiance though.
I've had a good morning. Hope everyone else did too ..

Perhaps synchronous walking in funny hats should be an olympic sport. Team GB would so win that.

You've got a strange way with words, or perhaps you’re just rude. I didn’t make anything up. I’m talking about public order in the real sense of the words. A situation where the general public may get injured because of violence going on around them.

It does make you wonder what a policeman should do if asked to enforce a UK law that is in breach of an international human rights law.
