Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I shall get the 09:07 train, change at LBG for Greenwich, then DLR. Possibly 30 mins later if I have difficulty getting up. Officially it is faster to take a bus from New Cross Gate.

Another change of plan on behalf of my +2, - both are aiming to start at 11 with the majority of runners; but son's GF will complete only the first half, returning by public transport, as she's running Brighton half Mara on Sunday.

They're not bothered about the food situation as they live very close to the pub and if unable to order can just go home.

I'm timing at Hilly Fields parkrun then I'll come down for 10.30 with a coat (packed into a tiny little bag) which I'd like to leave at the pub.

There's a slight chance I won't make it but I'm 90% sure I'll be there - and definitely hoping so!

My plan is to run 2 miles on my own out and back from the house, drive Son2 to parkrun and run with him (total 5 miles), drive Son2 home, run 1 mile to Bint's house (6 miles) and then run 4 miles with Bint to meet you all (10 miles). I then get to do the second half of my 20 miler in great company, and with lunch (and OH) waiting for me at the end. I can't think of a better way to do a LSR :-)
