Hello everyone! Team Leader speaking
Well, I hope you are all training hard and practising your 'grab a piece of orange/sports drink/can of lager without dropping it' manoeuvres.
As we approach the Big Day it would be most helpful if you could give me an idea of what you will be wearing and when you think you might pass Fetchpoint (both directions, very important) so that I can have everyone ready and waiting to give you the BIGGEST FETCH CHEER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD. Yes, each of you will get the biggest cheer ever. I'm generally very quiet in everyday life, a bit retiring some might say, but put me behind a barrier with some bags of jelly babies, slices of orange, and Fetchies running who need support and I turn into the biggest loudest shoutiest PaulaMc that it is possible for me to be.
I absolutely love the London Marathon Fetchpoint, having experienced it from both sides, and I will do my utmost to make sure that you have all the support we can possibly give you.
Let me know what you would like (within reason) and we will have it ready and waiting for you - drink, sweets, chocolate, hugs, alcohol (many a Fetchie has only finished those last few miles because they were fuelled by a gin and tonic), tissues to wipe away the tears, big sticks with which to poke you, kind words, abuse - you name it, we'll provide it.
Get yourselves to the start line in good enough shape, smile for the photographers and wait for the cheers as you pass us. Oh, and you might have to do a bit of running as well.

Ive not been involed in this before, where is the Fetchpoint? (sorry if Im being thick) and then I will let you know my Est time of passing.
I will be sporting a White, with go faster green side, with Taunton AC on the front. Red Start, so if like last year, Red, yellow backing, Red number 29XXX. Black addidas shorts, Bright green trainers.

Hi James, there is an article with lots of info about facebook but I accidentally deleted it while editing it last night. Trying to get it reinstated as we speak!! In summary Fetchpoint is on the highway, just after half way on the way out and just after 22 miles on the way home
