Ooh, how exciting! VLM is here. And so is Fetchpoint and all the teams. Can I just say again how *hugely* supportive I found the wonderful Fetchpoint (yay Team 3, Miss Chappo and crew in 2013!) in my only VLM PB attempt.

It is a massive boost, something to look forward to, at such key points (13 miles - starting to feel it, trying to stay focused, something to take your mind off things; and 22 miles, I was looking forward to it and counting down to it for miles.) The lift you get - you can actually see my pace speed up, my heart rate climb and I just left with a spring in my step.

You are all amazing. Thank you so much from someone who has benefitted in the past from your wonderful shouts and high 5s! :-) G
