I want to copy an XLOOKUP down a column changing the lookup_value on each row but keeping the same lookup_array and return_array each time. It should be pretty straighforward but when I try to copy and paste, or drag the formula down the column, the lookup_array and return_array both increment by one on each row. How do I stop that happening? I've googled myself to dizziness.

I'm sure people with better knowledge will be along presently.

Seemingly by clicking on the arrow by the column and selecting 'change column type', but I gues that's not working?
