Am going to big city for a record fair next weekend though so I'm sure that will be give me ample opportunity to impart generosity and kindness to others (and myself) 😀

Chap I know (ish) on twitter posted a pic from a SD card he'd found on the Pennine Way just after the Spine Race - pic was of a Japanese gentleman at Hawes, and the card also had pics of the Dragon's Back Race as well so clearly a pretty hard core ultra guy. I stuck the pic on FB on the Spine Race Group as the twitter chap doesn't do FB - does anyone recognise this chap etc. Well, of course they did, gave me a name, I messaged him and arranged contact between the twitter chap and the Japanese chap. Lots of happy people.

I also helped some 4 year olds build a dog kennel from blocks. By keeping them busy, and preventing them from bishing each other, I freed up the nursery staff to meet other needs. I was there to do an observation but can't resist getting stuck in.

I've been mainly spreading the love at home as it's our 20th wedding anniversary today. I am also taking extra time to give positive affirmation to people at work and let them know they are appreciated, even if they are not in my teams.
