This morning I felt grim and I had to take a break coming back up the stairs from the kitchen to bed with my morning tea. I’ve had waves of nausea during the day. Not lasting long but quite severe when they hit. But feeling better as the day has gone on. I don’t think I’ll run today. But tomorrow seems like a strong possibility.
