Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

I was ropey after my AZ one, but not for 24 hours after. I rested for a few days and was OK, although the first couple of runs back I did feel a little flat.

As I had a high temperature last April (unconfirmed case of Covid-19), I wonder whether I might be quite unwell after the jab. My wife says that this is not true and I should be OK after a day or so.

I had the AZ on 8th March, I didn't have any effects that I noticed.

I've had a headache since mine on Wednesday, but it's going off now.

Felt sluggish on my run, but I'm putting it down to massive work stresses at the moment.

I had my jab on Wednesday and ran 50K on Saturday. I felt very tired at 30K. I am not sure if it was the jab or something else!

I'm usually very tired at 30K, even without a jab!

I managed my run this morning ok. Felt ok after my jab on Saturday morning. My arm is still a bit sore so I might take some paracetamol before attempting my weight training session this afternoon.

I had the AZ jab last Wednesday and had already planned a non running day for the Thursday but felt fine (sore arm only) and ran without issue on the Friday.

After both AZ injections my upper arm felt like I’d been punched but not sore at all only to touch, neither stopped me from running - however I only had 6k planned anyway around them. Didn’t feel sluggish in any way.

I had my AZ jab ( first one) yesterday lunchtime. This morning I felt grim and I had to take a break coming back up the stairs from the kitchen to bed with my morning tea. I’ve had waves of nausea during the day. Not lasting long but quite severe when they hit. But feeling better as the day has gone on. I don’t think I’ll run today. But tomorrow seems like a strong possibility.
