I'm in the market for some new running shorts. I like the old school split proper short jobs. The fashion appears to be 5 inch flappy numbers with not many decent choices outside of OMM, Ron Hill or NB. Anything I'm missing please? A zip key pocket would be good but otherwise nothing fancy

Our head coach at Club who is fast approaching 70 still wears his short-shorts.

Then he will lie down and demonstrate leg-bicycles... You have to be weary of stray bollocks...
It's no wonder no-one wants to stand at the front...
