Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I thought we weren't allowed to say that any parkrun was better than any other?

I've heard fountains abbey is fab but def won't be able to get there this weekend. Looks like Harrogate or Northallerton by train are my best options 😀

Thanks Stuart. I don't have Facebook but my dad has posted. Surely someone will feel sorry for a 60 year old trying to get to his 93rd parkrun. Either that or I'll try sneak him out the hotel to get the train to Harrogate without my mum noticing he's gone haha!!

I'd say you could get train to Harrogate, do parkrun & train back & be back by 10:15- 10:30 - I'm sure your Mum won't even realise youd popped out :)
