Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I cleaned the bathroom then took a pin to the shower head. Hope it doesn't squirt all over the place now.

Looks nice enough for a bike ride now.

@um, I'm with @Fenland Flier in the Coros fan club. What do you want your watch to do?

What do I use/want from a 'running' watch?
- tell the time
- track runs, time, distance, pace, elevation, wrist HR
- track walks
- track bike rides
- ability to choose different displays for run, walk and bike
- 3 or 4 fields per display, multiple screens for different data displays
- ability to transfer GPX/TCX type file to Fetch, whether Garmin Connect or other means. Preferably via laptop (eg USB) than auto via phone/bluetooth (so I can set Rundle location pre load)
- 12 hours active battery life
- compeletely sweat/water proof

- compass, nice to have
- return to start, nice to have

- probably would never use music, payment or other 'smart watch' features

Weeds in the front and back have been sprayed ready for a jet wash next week. Thinking about an early lunch to get in the gym sooner.

Here you go then - uk.coros.com

All of the above, plus. Maps, compass, gear tracking, free watch faces (loads to choose from), timers, metronome, find my phone etc, etc, etc. I've been using this as my go to for the last year. Love it. Mrs J's got one, too. But to be fair, all the Coros models have the above features as standard. Super long battery life. And NO PAYWALLS in sight and no plans to have them and that's directly from the CEO.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
