I made sure I ran more than 3 miles this time as I did 2.9 last time and was annoyed. Salad for lunch because it's too hot for the soup that was leftover.

I never normally do business with door-knockers, but the gutters do need cleaning, he's got a fancy appropriate-looking vacuum cleaner and kit, a van with his name on, he's charging a fraction of what the last lot charged and he wants paying into his bank account and not cash. And I can sit in the shade and watch him work.
