Hiya Peter/Els - making me jealous with the Lakes pictures. I love going around Whinlatter, and last time I went up Skiddaw there was snow! Don't know if it's still going but I once ran a 10 mile race around Buttermere/Crummock, absolutely delightful. Ale - excellent time from your v80 neighbour Wabo - sorry to hear you're not right, rest up & recover What - nothing or easy 5k Why - last week of the taper last rest - today perhaps , else 21/03 last hard - hey , we've all tapered, it's every day! lyric - perhaps |

Yes we did the Buttermere 10 years ago. Think it's now been extended to a HM. Another lovely day here. 3.5m along old railway (parkrun route) then picked up middle daughter from Penrith. Blencathra up Sharp Edge, down Halls Fell ridge. Lyrics no |
