Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

FRU it's usually one of the default workouts or you can create it

From Main Menu on PM5 > select workout > standard list..... It should be there to select

If not
From Main Menu on PM5 > select workout > New Workout > Single Distance > set the distance

You could select Just Row from the main menu and just watch the display as SK advises

If you go to the workouts thing you can find a "new workout" option and set the distance but 5k and 2k are in the "standard" list.

It's a 3 second pb.

And it hurt. A lot.

I went of a smidge too fast and really struggled to hang in there at the end.

Positive splits. Not the way I planned things. THe high stroke rate int eh last 500 was because I was struggling to put any power into the leg drive and just had to do what I could! The HR peaked about halfway and I was just trying to maintain it from there.

It needs work. It's a PB but it needs work.
