Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

CT - the point about the knee sliding forward is something that some find it difficult to grasp - but is crucial when removing the foot from the ground for it to be in the right direction (and to recover to Pose in a timely fashion)

I think that sometimes people focusing on separate sections of the leg for the Pull stops them seeing it (the leg) as a single dynamic unit and to pull the ankle in the direction of the hip (or the spot 5 inches behind the support knee) is has to WORK as a single unit.

How often do we see the thigh/torso angle remaining the same for 1-2 frames while the ankle is pulled up before the knee comes forward, and so the recovery to Pose is delayed..??

Anyway - should we wear socks with shoes when we POSE Link (roll over me to see where I go) ?

I know barefoot is best but I'm thinking of road running and XC here.

EB

it is more accurate to say flip the knee forward I agree then it is not a lifting holding action and this means the foot can rise along the intended track with a relaxed Quad - The aim after all

I don't know if it's just me SE, but all the threads seem really quiet at the mo!

Have you got a specific questioh - the pose coaches (EB, CT, jonp) etc. will jump in sometime, I'm sure. :-)G
