Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

CT - forgot to say - hip is doing nicely largely thanks to your help. My Phys said all I did after the injury was perfect treatment and went about the old rubbing and ultrasound.

Thanks also to eL-Bee who said Ice before I fmailed CT and Jon P for all the tips.

Phys has given me license to jog with running on Thursday for good behaviour. Going to go for a "jog" on Saturday in Ireland - myself and the future Mrs M62 are off to visit the in laws.

JonP - I mentioned the Asian Squat to my physio - he said he's youtube it. I think he is in for a shock!

Steve,
Here is how to do it in a slighlty tongue in cheek video (but gets the message across). Not too far away from your description earlier, right ;)

uc, it's great when you've got it. Strengthens a whole lot of areas. Make sure you keep your feet a little wider apart then a regular western squat.

nice one uc. I'm a convert over the western squat - which now feels incredibly tiring in the calves in comparison!
