Getting fit again after pregnumpcy

LOL. however, i have shin splints now (again!) and am seeing a physio who isn't letting me run at the mo but doing lots of strengthening. drums fingers impatiently i'm supposed to be doing the same 10 miler as V so fingers crossed i make it to the line. (my long runs were over 10 miles at the time of the shin prob emerging so I know I can do it).

I intend to start again when after school clubs come along in a few years. For now I do 1 run a week and Pilates once a week and I've found having a strong core has really improved my running. How about you? Done any madly long distances recently? Enjoy your holiday Krissie, hope he sleeps through most of the travelling.
