I'm going to do a bit of rowing this morning then I'm probably calling it a day on any other training so I'm not carrying any aches and pains into tomorrow.
Weather forecast is for rain so I might get wet as I'm going to be using the playground monkey bars for my Murph attempt.
Is anyone else still up for it and ready to give it a go tomorrow or do we need to make this a monthly thing and have another go in 4 weeks?

I'd be up for a monthly effort. Tomorrow will be difficult for me as a full working day plus tuition after school. I'm thinking seeing how far I get trying a mini version as not tried runs before or after the exercises.

Of course it’s tomorrow, I knew that!
Please allow me to get my excuses in early - I’ve got the lurg (no, not that one)! Also a hurty elbow and I haven’t trained nearly enough for this. So monthly sounds good, and I WILL debut next time.
All the best for tomorrow, Nelski - break a leg! For the record I think you is badass (and a bit of a nutter)!

Cheers guys, and get yourselves healed and cured soon. We'll perhaps try again late November?
And Mousey: I agree on that second bit.

Thanks lammo. And why don't you start building up now. You'll be able to have a go at a Half Murph at least by the end of next month maybe?
