The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

So here we go again :)

Shiny new thread, drawing a line under whatever happened during the festivities and a fresh new start.

I ended up 18lbs down for 2017.
2018's goal is to do the same again - preferably at a nice steady consistent rate without all the ups and downs in the middle that last year had.

Give me a minute or 10 and I'll edit and link the spready and make a group

Well, I entered my shocking gain on the 2017 thread and it's on the spready. No need to mention it again here!! I still ended 2017 lighter than I started it so that's good :-)
