I am 3lbs up on the beginning of the year and a stone up from lowest I hit two years ago. I now have 2 stone to lose We can do this Carp

Hello lovelies. Can I join you please. I have at least a stone to lose which I've been battling with for almost 2 years. I'm going to take advantage of the approaching lighter nights to increase my exercise levels and make a point of eating much more healthily and cutting out all the crap. Recent blood tests have shown that my iron levels are low so I need to eat more greens anyway. I'd like to have lost a stone by the beginning of July, when we go on holiday. That's only about a pound a week but based on previous performance, I'm unlikely to lose it more quickly than that. Onwards and downwards!

Blimey, FFFer again! Thanks guys I don't think I'll repeat that this week, in Paris stuffing my face till Wednesday, although I hope that all the walking and couple sessions in the hotel gym will help counteract all the fat. But the bread, cheese, quiche and chocolate, and pastry have tasted yummy!

Back from weekend away and ate and drinks more than I should have, back on it big time today. Don't know damage weekend caused as scales still in storage - will have to be good for weigh in on Saturday and hope for the best. Nicer weather seems to help with motivation as is the new bike I picked up last night - cant wait to get out on it tonight.

Another 2.4lbs off! I don't know how I did that considering all the bread and pastry in Paris but I guess I did sightsee myself to exhaustion every day.
