This challenge has got me aiming at 3 pool swims a week. I needed to ramp up my training. Amazed myself by accurately counting 24 length 3 times on Wednesday That's already a win!

I’m just glad my watch counts for me. I try and count in 20’s and forget how many times I’ve got to 20. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ On the odd occasion I manage to count it tallies with my watch well.

Just about to hit one of the classic bike rides around these parts, a big climb up the Tak-ma-doon Road.
