32 weeks today! Baby is doing well but SPD is doing my head in as I knew I might not be able to keep running but to not be able to walk far or fast is a difficult thing to get my head round. On the positive side, my midwife has complimented me on the strength of my abs so hopefully it won't take long to get back in shape :)

Any updates on the recent arrivals?

Sorry to hear about the SPD, UltraCas!

I take it you've had the diagnosis a while ago? Asking because my midwife said that the pain I was suffering from around the same time of pregnancy was SPD. I mentioned this to my ante-natal yoga teacher, who said it was much more likely to be strained ligaments as the uterus was getting heavier. She showed me a number of stretches which were really quite sore to do at first, but after 2 weeks, the pain had pretty much cleared and has only come back ever so slightly now at the very end of pregnancy when I haven't moved in a while (e.g. at night).

(Abs? What's that?? ;-))

Yes, it was diagnosed when I was about 20 week and had no bump then and pain was in the pubis area do definitely not ligaments. However the baby is growing well and I'm fine apart from that and I can do a lot of my work from home so could be a lot worse...and only 8ish weeks to go :)
