I have put on 7 lb in the last week - can anyone beat that? Or am I the pig of the thread?

I didn't snack much but ate much higher calorie food than usual and I have had a chest infection so couldn't run (or walk) without gasping. So I became very lazy - the lack of exercise has certainly not helped! So this morning I've coughed my way round the first run of the year and chose crumpets for breakfast instead of trifle :-)

Thanks chickie! I really need to be visible here having maintained my weight with little fluctuations for a lot of years I lost the plot 2nd half of last year. I joined bootcamp with the healthy eating plan and it brought back lots of issues with food. I then struggled to get back on track and result is I'm heavier than I've been in a long time. Strangly though most of my clothes still fit but I want my Karen Millen jeans back on.

I'd love to lose 1stone but ultimately I'm more looking for inch loss and tone the scales won't be that important.

Look forward to seeing less of us all this year.
