Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

when you go back to the calendar, should previous days still be open like in real life advent calendars?

They *should*, although I was fiddling around with the cookie that handles that, as late as yesterday afternoon. So from here on they should - although if you've been looking on a laptop, then switch to your phone, your phone won't have the corresponding cookie on it.

I feel cheated. I opened my window this morning hoping to find a chocolate chip cookie and it was just a picture of a running top :-( I tried turning it upside down and shaking it in case the cookie had slipped to the bottom of the calendar but the calendar turned itself upside down too. Should I smash the screen in case the cookie is somehow wedged behind it do you think? :-P

On the snowy roof, but my visually impaired son found number 3 for me so it's not too bad!
