I found a new-to-me Yoga channel on Youtube - Katie the Yogi and did a nearly 40 minute long "yoga for runners" session. It was quite hard, but I enjoyed it and my legs feel lighter and longer :)

I did Adriene’s yoga for fresh start. Longest practice in a while. My legs remain stubbornly short:)

I’m also trying for a fresh mindset having wallowed a bit this past week or 2.

1st paddle in the sea this year newt. Mr W has been in with his wetsuit, but I'm going for a phased return. The cold water is good for my perma-swollen foot.

Nice one Lizzie. It looks like you had a nice day there. There’s nothing quite like the feeling when icy cold sea water floods inside your wetsuit though.

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
