That might be useful if its a couple of days before it's emptied It's fine grit so easy digging for paws. We have an indoor cat and a full bag lasts a couple of months. We use a covered tray with a door, tip the whole bag in, so it's a bit like a gritty sand pit.

Have cleaned out the trays of the wood pellets (what odd little things?!) and will see what happens later. They have both been out so the trays won't be used yet.
