I have such dodgy ankles, one little misstep and I'd be toast...plus vertigo which makes steep descents really fun (not!). rf and MC, I'm fine on the flat (though prefer a bit of undulation), hills (going up) slay me!

I know you will have seen it but Paddy O'Leary made a great film last year about the Wicklow Round. Like John Kelly he didn't hold the record very long though...
