FF - I assume that when Paul did it he traversed the full length of Lord's Rake rather than dropping into it via Deep Gill and the WWT ?

With the weather coming in and no chance to stop for over 4 hours (at Hard Knott) it will be interesting to see what the relative positions are by then. Paul pushed on to the Duddon Road before taking around an hours break, which was about 7 hours for him from Great End. I suspect by then his relative lead may be sufficient to cover that. His next significant break was at Tilberthwaite where he took around 2 hours after just under 2 days but if Sabrina sticks to her plan that will be cancelled out by her own break shortly afterwards at Hobbiton. So by tomorrow morning we should have a pretty good idea of whether Sabrina has a realistic chance of the record.
