Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Stuart's tracker is off again - hope it's just a signal blackspot

He's doing a double of clockwise - rather than the halfway and back one that NS did.
Has anyone ever tried one whole clockwise and then one anti or vice versa and would that be completely daft?

Rosehip if I remember correctly Tom Hollin's unsuccessful attempt at a double was intended to be a Cw/ACW combination.

48 hours in Stuart is still going well. The first round was on schedule at just inside 22.30. The second one is currently on course for 28-29 hours and what IMHO is the first ever true double BG. Roger and Nicky's double "rounds" were fantastic feats of endurance but to my mind they were contrived versions of the round (which is the same view Charlie took of Nicky's "double" Ramsay) not true rounds i.e each individual round starting and finishing at the Moot Hall.

I should think the extra warmth today has made it harder - keep checking in and he's still moving - much respect, it's a superb effort.

Actually, I have written to Harveys today. The final version I returned to them was 100% clear of errors, however they made some changes before going to press and as a result introduced three more errors!! They're going to be corrected in the second print run, but even so it's irritating ..... I guess I shouldn't worry, my name doesn't appear anywhere on it :-)

So, my scouring of the map for the author [charter?] was all in vain - as was my frantic Googling!
