Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It certainly flies (when I can find some decent tarmac), and handles beautifully... but it really shows up our lack of bike fitness.

Anyone have experience of Envolio gears (planetary hub gears)? I'd never heard of them until last week, but I've encountered a couple of e-bikes with them. I'd like the dear one ;-) though I'm pretty sure I won't be buying it, but thought it an interesting choice in a rather cheaper bike.

(Whilst scouring the net, I thought I might have found some real bargains on a site (past year stock, limited sizes). Unfortunately, it seems much more likely that I've found a scam site :-( Ach weel, at least I never "bought" anything.)

Anyone out there suffered from internal cable rattle? I've been struggling a bit with it and I wondered if anyone has any better methods than mine? I slide a piece of 3mm earth shielding over it and then put some wraps of sound deadening tape around the cable, usually about 4" apart. It works well, but it's a bit faffy. I'd be grateful for any demon tweeks out there :-)

No advice i'm afraid NE.

On another note i had an accident whilst out on my bike on Saturday, and now have two fractures in my right arm, just above and below my elbow.

Take care out there people.

Hope you heal quickly, Lammo. Been there and it wasn't fun but it did start a few months of Zwift obsession

Thanks, just had a call from the hospital, and i won't need an op, and one of the fractures is quite minor so no complications.

just six weeks lifting nothing heavier than a cup of tea, my wife is delighted :-)
