Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Angus Clydesdale - The Belgian style beers certainly need a bit or respect, they don't shy away from the higher alcohol percentages. There is one I quite like but it is 15% so not something I will drink often.

Number 7 on my bottled list Junction - 4.5% from Sambrooks Brewery of Battersea. I got given a gift box of these beers for Christmas and now just two bottles of Junction left. I liked it and would definitely look out for these in future.

Number 4 on my draught/cask list

pint Nelson's - 4.5% by Woodfordes.

Past time I started on this, I may have forgotten some already. May have to check the bins.

Joker, Caeser Augustus, Birds and Bees, Six States (Williams Brothers); Tennents Lager; Coors Lager; Pilsner Urquell: Guinness West Indies Porter, to start.

and here we are in 2025....

I still really like a pint.

I think this is not too controversial health wise, besides it's quality I prefer not volume.

Lots of beers about these days. I interpret it as different beers within 2025, and you can, if you like; avoid beers you have had before, but as ever the list is yours to do what you like.

Also interesting to see how variable local areas are!
