Just passed 1000 for the year. Am doing other exercises on the counter but not logging them.

Have so far missed one day due to lurgy and would have been a bit further ahead but for lurgy stopping some sessions.

I'm only logging my press-ups. Not enough hours in the day to log everything else. Running is so much easier, logging-wise. ๐Ÿ˜‚

This thread send to have unlocked another exercise monster in me. I decided to join this year due the first time. I started the year by aiming to do 20 push ups a day but then decided to add 2 extra each week I completed. Then I added sit ups. Same deal. And now I've added tricep dips. They're harder but I will get there. That it all I have to say about that. Thank you.

I just love totting up the numbers after a day or week and adding them in.
Itโ€™s become a habit and helped in consistency which is a key part of gaining and maintaining fitness.

I was doing OK at this. Not great, but OK.
1537 press ups in January, plus a few sit ups and squats. All in sets of 10 to 20 throughout the day.
I think yesterday was the first day I had done a total of over 90 press ups in one day.
Then I crashed my mountain bike in the dark and the mud this morning and I've got a hurty shoulder now, so no press ups today.

I fell yesterday running for a plane and cut my hands. One is still quite bad and scab has not yet formed so I'll need a day or two off ๐Ÿ˜–

As we exit winter and begin the meteorological spring (allegedly, doesn't feel like it outside) .... are we all on target?

I'm shooting for an average of 100 a day. So far on 109 so there's a small cushion but the year is still young.
