I think I really feel the difference in my strength now, so thinking about next year I might aim for 50 to 55k, nearer 150 a day. Which with my current method means 4 lots of 250 to 300 a week. I think....

I've not managed 100 per day religiously, but it's been great and i'm so much stronger than i was already, might start upping the daily total and see how i go. Keep on pressing.
