Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Steve good luck with the 3000, I got there last year but did nothing but run last year.

Struggling to stay on target for the stretch target of 2500 but 125 miles a month will get me to 2000. At the weekend I returned to proper running after 6 weeks off through injury & burn out.

just looking to get back to the 200 mile a month minimum base I was at last year but that will have to wait until next month, 150 would be pleasing for July.

Did you not do UTMB Gobi?

If I can pace it ok and keep my legs moving I am mentally ok - just if my body does not break down.

Foxy as Gobi says - give it time and don't try to get back to the same level straight away - maybe some X training?

giving some consideration in going back to Comrades for the up run, fantastic event & without the 10 in 10 just 2 weeks before feel I have a shot at a Bill Rowan. Didn't specifically train for Comrades, didnt do anything longer than 30 miles due to lack of time.
