Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

do the profile numbers work like that? is 100000 the total registered at the moment or the total that have ever registered? are old numbers re-used?

The highest registered user number seems to be running about 50 or so ahead of the total registered. I read somewhere that the number one shirt had been retired and idk what Lord Fetch does with flouncers etc ...

(Probably lots of commercially sensitive to get info behind that figure.)

hmm, there is a 100055, who appears to be a subscriber already as well as 100000 and a few in between. There are also quite a few recent numbers with "this account has been disabled" - so it looks like recent old numbers, at least, don't get re-used.

I can remember the fuss when the 10,000th person signed up! I've always been suspicious that that person was an existing user who thought it might be 'fun' to pretend to be the 10,000th

Yay, how exciting, what a fab milestone for Fetch.

I wonder how many are "active" And what level of active

Level 0 - death *skull* Totally Dead: account in the last 3 months they haven't logged on or auto-logged some activity
Level 1 - moon Bot: auto logs activities but hasn't logged on
Level 2 - muppet Slug: logs on but doesn't add or change anything
Level 3 - chaffinch Mover: logs on and logs stuff but doesn't chat or blog
Level 4 - star Fetchieeee! : logs on regularly, logs activities, and occasionally chats
Level 99 - medal Cult: basically lives here, all the time, we know who you are! :-O

Which are you? I'm 98. :-) G
