I have only happy memories of RnR from when I ground out a dreadful 20 miles for the team. If I was ever to start running again (instead of being a big fat bastard) I'd love to do it again.

Maybe not the 20M leg though!

I quit. It was remarkably easy - I carried on eating all the cake, but just didn't bother with the exercise bit (gives more time to eat cake)
