Uploading from routes to garmin

Save the file to your computer. 3. Open Garmin Training Centre, and choose File > Import Courses... 4. Import the file you've just saved. 5. Make sure your Forerunner is connected, and choose "Send To Device". 6. Go outside and get a signal. 7. On your Forerunner, choose Training > Courses, pick your course, and "Do Course".
