Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

runnyeyes, i'd go up to at least a 4.5mm needle for aran weight wool. if it's going to make it too wide could you adjust the pattern?

i finished one of the gloves - not that happy with it but it will have to do. i've also knitted a cycling ear warmer ravelry.com which i'm happier with.

tomorrow i will knit the second glove, or at least make a start on it.

i bought some of the fyberspates dk in a shocking pink from my lys, it's gorgeous. mil will be getting a scarf/shawl for her birthday in early jan :)

Loving the ear warmers!!

Waiting on my embroidery foot for my machine.... I now have a small pattern book... A cutter is on order! I just need some cottons and I'm off....with my sewing!!

Doing my mother in law a small teddy xstitch for Christmas .... I've unpicked it that many times!! Getting angry....I can't tell the difference of a night between.... Cream, off white and the browns and rusts!! Never known something so small to take so long!!

Grrrrrrr

Chickie, have you separated all your colours? I organise mine with a piece of card with holes punched in, they sometimes provide it in the kit. Do it in good light and label the colours on the card with the colour name and symbol. It can be difficult as often colours are very similar!
