Warm up them 4x1km on the A37 and then 600metres on the way back along the Frome.
Stopped watch/static recoveries for the kms. This actually meant they were relatively short. After the 4th, didn't really feel interested in a fifth but forced myself into it on the way back. Perhaps started at the wrong end of the A37 and didn't fancy the 3km back! But. it's interesting that I was a little disappointed by the 6:24 for the first km.
