A really good race today at the Canterbury 10K. There was a strong wind for the first 5K and I wasn't expecting to run as well as I did. I ran the first half of the race in 20.44 and then the second half (with the wind) in 20.02
Si also ran really well for pretty much dead on 45 minutes.
NB: I came 12th out of 188.
My next run will be Tuesday morning.

Well done mate, very impressive racing portfolio for this last month or so...now to hope woman and I dont turn up to Southend...and a race win
Great result Luke. Well done fella.
Thanks guys. I appreciate the positive feedback
You would of won it this week...
The results are a bit mucked up Pete. I think 17:06 won it. Slowest time to win it is 19:27. I fancy you to podium again.
