Took it easy for 8 miles (Ave 10.17) & then picked up the pace for the last 5m (Ave 9.25). Finished strong but left calf was probably about to cramp.
Felt like the whole field overtook me during the first few miles but I must have weaved my way through 500 runners over the last 3 miles.
